Shipping Policy

Where this policy applies

This policy applies to orders accepted through shop.ifortune.shop. The corporate website ifortune.shop does not take payment or accept orders. Product availability and order-specific terms are shown on the online store.

Initial delivery market and fulfilment

• Initial delivery market: Singapore.
• Orders are fulfilled from China.
• Tracked cross-border shipping is used for the initial Singapore market.
• Estimated carrier transit is approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Order-specific information

Available destinations, shipping charges, handling time and any product-specific restrictions will be shown on the online store before an order is accepted. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by customs, peak periods, weather, carrier disruption or address issues.

Tracking and address accuracy

Where tracking is available, it will be provided using the contact details supplied with the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; a change cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Duties, taxes and delivery issues

The treatment of duties and taxes must be confirmed in the online store before an order is placed; this corporate website does not promise duties-paid delivery. For a delayed, stalled or apparently lost parcel, email hello@ifortune.shop with the order number and tracking details.
